Abstract:

Based on the use of a systematic approach to management of the changes, an improved model of development of the production and economic system is proposed. The model uses the tools of organizational development strategy, system technology intervention, project management, innovation management, overcoming resistance to change. The model is presented in the form of a matrix, convenient for practical application.
