The article is devoted to the study of organizational culture at enterprises in the Russian Federation. The actuality of the chosen issue is conditioned to the fact that organizational culture is one of the most important tools in improvement of the efficiency of enterprises, which is so necessary in global and competitive modern business environment. However, the opportunities of this phenomenon remain undisclosed and unused in many enterprises in the Russian Federation. The authors regard the features of organizational culture as a phenomenon. Special attention is paid to the methods of development of organizational culture, which are the most relevant at enterprises in the Russian Federation. The division of enterprises in the Russian Federation into groups is based on the practice of management of organizational culture. The experience of management of organizational culture was studied at enterprises which occupy leading positions in their industry. The authors pay special attention to the methods of development of organizational culture which are the most relevant in enterprises in the Russian Federation. Various barriers are being explored in the way of development of organizational culture at enterprises in the Russian Federation. Directions are offered to develop the culture of the organization to increase the effectiveness of their activities.
