Abstract:

The article considers the scientific-methodical approach to integrated assessment of labor efficiency in dairy cattle, based on a system of indicators in accordance with the proposed criteria, using the generalized desirability function of Harrington. The proposed calculation algorithm is tested on materials of the agricultural organizations of the Bryansk region. Scientific and practical significance of the research is to develop a universal scientific and methodological tools for measuring the effectiveness of agricultural labour.
