Abstract:

The article considers the problematic issues of the emergence of transnational business and its evolution in global economy. The authors have given the characteristics of the main stages of formation and development of TNCs in the world economy. It shows the influence of technological modes on the efficiency of the development of cluster formations, as one of the most promising tools, reducing the differentiation of regions of the country, as well as studied the activities of transnational companies (TNCs) in these conditions. Investigated the historical aspect of globalization in the stages of its extension, and indicate the direction of development in the era of "Network globalization". The authors show the main drivers of growth Megatek, identified the key features of interaction among themselves and studied the topology of their network. Specified the key directions of economic development of the region in the framework of the sixth technological order and the industrial revolution. The purpose of this article is to improve understanding of the phenomena which have a significant effect on the evolution of business in the context of open innovation, where you interact with many different stakeholders. The article will be of interest to a wide circle of readers, economists, managers, postgraduates and students of economic specialties, as well as government officials and entrepreneurs.
