Abstract:

The article examines the role of foreign direct investment in the socio-economic development of the country, discusses the issues of their economic and legal regulation. And also, the influence of foreign direct investment on socio-economic development is evaluated, recommendations are offered to improve the socio-economic efficiency of these investments.
