The observed decline in real incomes of the majority of Russian families, increasing property differentiation on the background of growing poverty, unstable employment and the precarization of professional work lead to changes in the relationship to parental work. For most families in Russia are deteriorating conditions for the reproduction of high-quality human capital – intensive primary productive factor in economic development, there is the "precarisation" of the parent work. The article presents the results of the analysis of the precarization of parental labor types of labor process. The study was conducted by the author developed the method, which is based on the index method of analysis. The calculations showed that in Russia from 2010 to 2015 in General, the types of labor process, precarious work parent work is not observed. However, there is a growth of precarization of labor parent in the care of the object of work and its professionalization. The lack of organization of the process of professionalization of parent work are found in the insecurity of parental labor is the necessary means of labor – educational institutions for training skilled workers, employees, monetary resources in the form of the state academic scholarships and minimum unemployment benefits. The proposed measures aimed at reducing the level of precarization in the process of professionalization of the parent work.
