Abstract:

This article aims to study the model of digital health care and its application in modern conditions. The relevance of this study is associated with the changing economic situation in the country, which is based on radically new mechanisms of regulation of the health care system. The article presents a model of digital health care, highlights the objectives and recommendations for its implementation. The self-developing system, in the form of a digital health care model, responds to consumer demand through the formation of value and the maximum elimination of all types of losses. Digital health care is a project that accumulates data in digital form from economic entities in order to process information and make an effective management decision on the issue of ensuring state guarantees. The development and application of digital health is an innovative management system that involves the preservation of human capital. The digital health model should be implemented in parallel with the existing health model, gradually taking over its powers and functions. This process of implementation minimizes losses and creates a culture of lean use of resources. With the processes of changing the system at the same time, information transparency is growing, a dialogue between consumers and manufacturers of medical services is being formed. The effect of the implementation of digital health should ensure the improvement of quality of life and sustainable development through the use of innovation. The formation and development of the health system plays a key role in the well-being and stability of the country. Through the use of digital technologies, all information systems are brought together. These technologies make it possible to carry out the current monitoring, forming an idea of the health status of the population, trends and results of the activities of health care institutions.

Highlights:

Changes in the economic situation in the country and the emergence of radically new mechanisms for regulating the health care system determine the scientific novelty of this study. The article aims to study the model of digital health care and its application in modern conditions. The presented model of digital health care formulates tasks and recommendations for its implementation. The unified state health information system (USHIS) is the foundation of the digital model of the health system.
