Abstract:

This research considers the question of how motivation influences the human capital formation and reproduction in the socially-oriented market economy. The author gives characteristics of the elements on the basis of which the human capital is formed and developed.This publication is aimed to distribute the information on the possibilities of the human capital application in the new economy and is meant for all the readers of the magazine.
