Since the introduction of the Federal contract system in 2014, the popularity of the state order in Russia has been growing steadily. Scientific and practical interest, in particular for commercial organizations-suppliers, is the efficiency management system of participation in the state order, which is determined by the correctness of the management system of this process. The first step in building such a system is to identify and classify ways of participation, followed by the definition of requirements, risks and measures for their management. The article deals with the main competitive (participation in the framework of 44-FZ, 223-FZ, a single aggregator of trade "Berezka") and non-competitive ways of participation (participation as a sole supplier, indirect ways of participation). The article is of interest to two categories of readers. The first category includes researchers and entrepreneurs who want to get acquainted in general terms with the possible ways of participation of organizations in public procurement. For such readers, the first part of the article with a graphical scheme is of the greatest interest, since it clearly lists all the available methods with their main characteristics. The second category should include management organizations that already have experience with the state order. This may also include scientists, studying the field of public procurement at a granular level. This category of readers will be interested in tables that allow you to compare the risks and management load in each of the ways of participation. For both categories of readers it is convenient to combine in one article the main provisions of a number of bills and official methodological literature.
