Abstract:

The adoption of the federal law No. 274-FZ of the Russian Federation «On Education in the Russian Federation» dated December 29th, 2012 has laid the legal foundation for the development of new educational paradigms. The informational paradigm, mainly aimed at transfer of information to students was replaced by systematic activity (competence-oriented) approach based upon the reflex-creative education. This article considers some particularities of the new educational paradigm.
