Abstract:

This article discusses aspects of digitalization at the state and world level, provides an understanding of existing practices that change the face of the business world and everyday life. The scale of introducing digital technologies in the residential real estate market at the local level is also being investigated. According to the results of in-depth interviews, the collection of expert assessments and field studies of participants in the residential real estate market in Kazan, we presented conclusions about the degree of introduction of digital technologies in the field of housing construction and the housing market. The overall result of the study is as follows: almost all stages of the life cycle of the property are currently under the gun of information technology and create a new ecosystem of the residential real estate market. The presented results will be useful to professional participants of the real estate market, banking and IT industry practices and interested researchers.
