Abstract:

The analysis of socio-economic relations in the system of continuous education in a competitive environment for the activities of educational organizations is conducted. In these conditions, it is an additional vocational education that makes it possible for the continuing education system that is transformed to the conditions of the labor market to work out a mechanism for an adequate response to its changes. Additional vocational education allows educational organizations to function flexibly and adequately respond to the region’s labor market through managing the creation and organization of demand for modern professions and specialties, based on professional standards; construction and implementation of corporate and individual professional educational trajectories.
