Abstract:

The relationship between the principles of social responsibility and sustainable business development is realized through corporate social activities, the methods and directions of which are becoming increasingly relevant for the global and Russian market. Social and technological changes necessitate the search for new ways of interaction between business and society. The article presents the results of a study of the practice of corporate social responsibility of Russian companies in terms of financing social programs. Based on the analysis of public reporting data, the importance of corporate social responsibility from the perspective of sustainable business development is determined, the lack of dependence between the dynamics of economic indicators and the value of social investment is revealed, the impact of digitalization of the economy on the social activity of business is shown.
