Abstract:

The study represents a new aspect of the modern development of the public entrepreneurial business subjects with active involvement and development of the components of intellectual capital as a priority factor of the increase of competitiveness of modern public entrepreneurial structure (public company) under knowledge economy conditions. The study defines new paths for the development of state entrepreneurial subjects and depicts the specifics of its innovative comportment.
