Abstract:

The results of the study on improvement of the educational program management system are given. The evolution of the development of universities to the model "University 4.0", as a center of competence and source of development of territories, is shown. The scheme of university interaction with business and school within the framework of the implementation of the main business process "education" is presented. The scheme of construction of the university’s scientific school is presented.
