Abstract:

The article is devoted to the analysis of foreign experience of econometric modeling of macroeconomic determinants and dynamics of private direct investment industry in the conditions of cyclical nature of the world economy. The boundaries and possibilities of using foreign approaches to modeling the relationship of macro-indicators and private direct investments dynamics in Russian conditions are considered. The results of the critical analysis to the study of the dynamics of private direct investment funds in the conditions of developed and developing markets (for example, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and Western Europe) are very important for the economic realities of Russia. They can be useful to government agencies to enhance possible economic policy measures to stimulate segments of the private direct investment industry.
