Abstract:

In this paper we propose a methodology for adapting the principles of the concept of V. Leontiev "input-output" to build a set of analytical models for the formation of production cooperation schemes. The basis of the set of models is the analysis of the balance of capacity on the basic technological redistribution of enterprises involved in cooperation, taking into account the possibility of solving both direct and inverse problems of resource allocation and investment planning. The proposed algorithm makes it possible to solve the problems of cooperation in a deterministic formulation for the case of complete information about the initial data on capacities and their loading, as well as in a stochastic formulation for cases of uncertainty in the planned product program.
