Abstract:

The author presents the results of a study on the development of the digital economy in education, health and transport. The concept of "digital twin" is considered, the analysis of process of introduction of "digital twin" in economy of public sector is made. The analysis of the impact of the "digital twin" to the labour market. An attempt is made to predict the consequences of the introduction of "digital twins" in the economy of the public sector. The review of professions in demand in the "digital economy", and the necessary competencies for them.
