Abstract:

The relevance of the article is determined by the presence in Russia of unrealized opportunities for further increase in production and sale of grain products. Favorable conditions for our country's world grain market creates good conditions for increasing Russia's share in world sales of these products. Overcoming in domestic practice of extensive production and access to an innovative way of development, as well as a change in the composition of exports in favor of grain processing products can become the basis for the development of trade in Russian grain products in the domestic and foreign markets. For the advanced growth of the Russian trade in grain products, it is proposed to provide comprehensive state support to producers and sellers of grain products, which: increase the production and sale of wheat, corn and barley of hard varieties and valuable species; focus on the intensive development of production and trade activities; form a comprehensive proposal for importers, including on the basis of products of grain processing and new non-traditional for Russia types of grain.
