Abstract:

In this paper the authors consider the activities of modern trade organizations in the context of the implementation of the strategy of trade development in the Russian Federation for 2015-2016 and the period up to 2020. The current trends typical for the wholesale and retail level are analyzed. On the basis of generalization of the information we formulate the most topical issues of industry development, given the state of the regulatory framework. The activities of modern trade organizations involves the implementation of several functions, including the social component. The regulatory task of the state is to create a comfortable environment for the consumer, as well as a healthy business climate in the industry.
