Abstract:

It is important for domestic companies to seek ways of activating growth and increasing effectiveness of the use of organization’s brain capital and apply elements of modern technologies for creating organizational knowledge. Administration of the process of creating a new knowledge would allow to raise effectiveness of Russian innovative process, because of narrow orientation of researchers and developers at customer’s needs and interest of manufacturers in results as the basis for increasing own competitiveness.
