Abstract:

The article analyzes the actual problem of investment support of innovative renewal of fixed capital, i.e. on a new qualitative basis. Features of projects of updating of the fixed capital are investigated. The practice of investing in the real sector of the Russian economy is analyzed. Internal and external sources of investment of reproduction processes at the enterprise are considered. Special attention is paid to the problem of using borrowed funds and attracting foreign investment. The necessity of development of the effective state policy directed on creation of conditions and incentives of modernization of the industry is proved. The authors proposed measures will ensure the transition to a predominantly innovative type of renewal of fixed capital.
