Abstract:

The paper analyzes the factors affecting the performance of labor in industrial enterprises of the Sverdlovsk region. It is shown that production enterprises are forced to take them into account in their activities when assessing the possibilities of labor productivity management. The conditions that cause the deterioration of this indicator, as well as recommendations for improving productivity in enterprises are highlighted. The indicators of labor productivity for 3 industrial enterprises of the Urals are considered. The authors show that there are certain reserves of labor productivity growth due to the optimization of the number. However, the reserves of direct reduction without reconstruction and commissioning of high-performance equipment are limited, according to our estimates, they are not more than 20%. The directions of labor productivity growth due to qualitative innovations, including the development of the scientific organization of labor are highlighted.
