Abstract:

Today, migration is a key element of the process of reproduction of labor resources. It is migration that can become a compensatory alternative to the natural loss of the population in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The article deals with the main trends of migration processes, it identify the causes and extent of the pendulum and rotational migration in the region.
