Abstract:

A key phase in the reproduction of labor resources both at the level of the country and its regions is their formation, as it lays the possibility of labor supply to the economy. The article deals with the demographic aspects in the Republic of Bashkortostan, as a determining element in the formation of quantitative characteristics of labor resources in the region. The main problems and prospects of demographic development of the region are revealed.
