Abstract:

Based on the analysis of the features of entrepreneurial activity in the field of innovation, the article defines a special role of project management. It shows that the focus should be shifted from the business planning procedure to the effective application of skills in the field of project management. Examples are given to confirm the specific role of project management in an innovative entrepreneurship.
