Abstract:

In this paper authors consider the problem of assessing the employee personal effectiveness in the organization audit sphere. Experience in the field of personnel audit is generalized, the key directions of its carrying out are formulated. It is proposed to supplement the comprehensive audit with a system of assessing the personal effectiveness of the employee. The possibilities and shortcomings of this system of personnel assessment are shown, the directions of its improvement are proposed, which will improve the objectivity, reliability of the results of the audit of personnel and will have a positive impact on the overall economic performance of the organization as a whole, increase its competitiveness.
