The article examines the criteria for the choice of international market entry strategy for the enterprise according to the level of its innovation activity. Financial and economic indicators are grouped into the system according to six types of indicators against which the polygon of the level of the enterprise' innovation activity is formed. On the basis of a certain level, external and internal factors, the “road map” of the methods for the choice of international market entry strategy for the enterprise and organizational and management structure is made.
