Abstract:

Changes in the content of the world economy. the processes of customization, decentralization, digitalization, organizational hybridization, virtualization lead to the acceleration of technological changes as the basic basis of competition, increased competition, reducing the life cycle of products and organizations. In these conditions, there is an objective transformation of production systems and management and planning systems. The increasing turbulence of the external environment dictates the need for renovation of the type of production system and the model of management and planning in the direction of application of the new qualitative level of integration approach. The article introduces the concept of integrated production planning and proposes a visual model of integrated production planning in a modern production business system.
