Abstract:

The article considers conceptual approaches to the processes management of changes. The ideas of the management classics P. Drucker, J. Cotter, D. Nadler, M. Tashmen, K. Levin, G. Mintzberg, J. Galbraith, E. Lawler, R. Kanter, I. Adizes, P. Chekland, R. Waterman, M. Hammer, J. Hampi, R. Beckhard and R. Harris and others are described in the article. The evolutionary and revolutionary approaches to changes are considered. The modern methods of radical transformations of organizational structures are marked.
