Abstract:

This article discusses one of the modern directions of the system development of trade in Russia, namely the possibilities and approaches to the creation on the basis of shopping centers of trade and service clusters, providing synergy of development as an integrator and tenants attracted by them. The research is based on the results of a survey of tenants of one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in the country, as well as theoretical and practical developments of the authors.
