Abstract:

One of the tools to improve business performance are innovative updates. Updates become the most important competitive resource for achieving significant improvement in the economic activities of the enterprise. The study examines the existing ways of updating the business, and also offers the most promising innovative updates based on the versioning principle, by means of forming the information infrastructure of the enterprise. The author's model of building the information infrastructure of the enterprise in the framework of innovative business renewal is proposed, in which the infrastructure support becomes the most important tool of management influences on all aspects of the organization of the enterprise. Information support for innovative business renewal implements a comprehensive approach to the formation of a concept of the architecture of building information technologies in general and of individual components, in particular. The necessity of creating a separate direction for innovation renewal for enterprises that combines the principles of implementing supportive innovations and revolutionary ones, depending on the movements of the competitive environment, is substantiated based on the mechanism of innovative renewal using information technologies by means of accumulating reactions. The analysis of existing models of business renewal is conducted, their advantages and disadvantages are revealed. The author's model of building the information infrastructure of the enterprise within the framework of innovative business renewal is developed, which allows companies to develop together with the market. It is based on the integrated use of both previous versions of enterprise development (evolutionary update) and cardinal updates based on the realities of the modern market (revolutionary renovation), which will provide broad opportunities for the development of the enterprise, a high level of competitiveness.
