Abstract:

The monograph presents a strategic holistic concept for the creation of a modern development model for the Russian fishing industry complex. The strategic concept takes into account the role and impact of natural, labor and financial resources, existing production capacities and infrastructure, as well as scientific support for the strategic development prospects of the industry.
