Abstract:

The monograph is devoted to the study of manifestation of informality in relationships within the company, which have a significant impact on the decision-making processes and the ultimate efficiency. The monograph presents theoretical and methodical frameworks for managing knowledge and intellectual capital taking into account the processes in informal organization. The monograph studies the main theoretical aspects of the concept of informal organization and informal social networks in management. The authors have defined and developed methodical frameworks for intellectual capital management at small and medium-sized enterprises taking into account informal relations. The authors also developed methods for identifying informal networks in knowledge management and ways of their interpretation, and created a concept of synchronization of formal and informal organizations. The monograph can be useful to students, graduate students, economists, business leaders and practitioners in the field of knowledge management and intellectual capital.
