Abstract:

The article provides a review of the main results of research in the field of development of organizational and institutional principles of the state regulation system of foreign trade activity (FTA) in Russia. The review is structured by the applied methodological approaches, thereby focusing attention on the stages of the study, namely, from the stage of justification of central position of Russian executive authorities to the stage of identification of the properties of delayed action in the organizational structure of the state regulation system of FTA in Russia. A broad analysis period (1992−2016) allowed the author to highlight the directions of transformation of the state regulation system of FTA in Russia under the conditions of Eurasian economic integration development.
