Abstract:

The work is devoted to assessing the development of the digital and creative economy in the formation of post-industrial and information society. The article contains the conclusion about the relationship between digital and creative economies and the designation of common points of contact. The basis for the growth of the digital and creative economy are data at 3 levels: economic spheres, digital environment and the Institute of development and support. It is important to bear in mind that the main difference between the digital and creative economies is the value added through the capitalization of the value of intellectual contributions. This is the provision of production, industry, business and other economic spheres, when the key value added arises due to technology. Thus, the author jumps into conclusion that in today new creative layers emerge, and they can be called createsphere. In the digital and creative economy createsphere is the environment of formation of human potential.
