The monograph is devoted to the results of the author’s research on applicability and appropriateness of the achievements of modern science, management practice and other humanities in managing one's own life. We prove the advantages of the scientific approach and a number of its varieties such as systemic, clinical, ethical, program-target approaches to self-management of a person; we show options for modeling the internal, external and mastering environment that determine the choice and development of models. In strategic self-management we’ve developed proposals on the definition of the meaning of life, vision of the future, goals, structuring of the goals of life, factors contributing and impeding the achievement of goals, and types of welfare necessary to achieve the goals. We’ve also developed a descriptive model for creating a target complex program for fulfilling man’s mission and achieving his life goals. The paper is intended for students of MBA programs and master's programs, working professionals seeking to increase the level of self-knowledge, knowledge of others and factors affecting their own development. The application of the proceedings helps to promote the effici-ency of identifying and solving problems of one's own life and interaction with other people, while being, inter alia, a leader.
