Market of Innovations and Investments as a stock exchange sector of the PJSC "Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS" is de facto closed for Russian enterprises, despite the fact that the latter are highly capitalized, innovative, implementing both high-technology, marketing, and organizational innovations, are developing in the key priority scientific and technological areas, and can be de jure included in the Innovation and Investment Market Sector, getting tax breaks and transferring tax breaks to investors. The article shows criteria for selecting companies wishing to attract investments in the high-tech sector of their presence, and the advantages of positioning for large, medium-sized, small and micro agricultural enterprises in the Market of Innovations and Investments.
