Abstract:

The article reveals the directions of socio-economic development model of the Samara region based on the regional innovative-technological platform and formed by the flagship university of the region (RITP). We present methodical approaches to the development of the RITP, the foundations of the formation, perspective directions of activity and participation in the social and economic activities of the region. We show conditions for successful innovation activity of this platform.
