Abstract:

The article presents a brief review and analysis of scientific literature devoted to identifying socio-psychological characteristics of Tuvinians as a specific ethnos. As a result of the analysis, we revealed psychological traits of the Tuvinians typical for phlegmatic temperament type.


Highlights:

- Nomadic lifestyle has had the greatest impact on the development of the ethnos
- The shamanism contributed to the development of careful attitude to nature in Tuvans
- Education in a national school specializing in the study of folk culture, customs and traditions promotes the development of an ethnically tolerant personality
