Abstract:

The article considers the essence, function and the place of the shadow economy and informal employment in socio-economic system of the country. We reveal the causes, conditions and scale of development of these processes in society, and suggest measures to improve their accounting and reduce the development of shadow relations in the economy of Kyrgyzstan.
