Abstract:

Innovative potential of the Republic of Tatarstan is the research subject of this article. The task of assessing the innovative potential of the Republic of Tatarstan becomes relevant in relation to the proclaimed transition of the Russian economy from commodity-based model to innovative model. The purpose of the study is to determine the rational scale of the innovative potential of the Republic of Tatarstan. Among the methods for achieving this goal, it is necessary to single out the theoretical analysis and statistical methods of data processing. The author considers theoretical prerequisites for the development of the national innovation system; we also analyze the state of the regional potential of the Republic of Tatarstan.
