Abstract:

We show that enhancing the efficiency of the company's operations is possible due to the development and implementation of the integrated concept of "Saving time in business." The concept leverages the joint use of time management ideas and the QRM strategy. We consider implementation of the concept with regard to the activity of a small business enterprise. We developed implementation method of the concept, which contains concrete actions and recommendations. We assess the effect of the accomplished reforms.
