Abstract:

The materials of article include basic data on production and consumption of the basic foodstuff per capita in Russia and in the Krasnodar region. On this basis we draw conclusion about the dynamics of food and export of basic types of products in foreign countries. We made calculations and revealed a number of comparative characteristics, which showed various factors affecting the state of the agro industrial complex market in Russia and in the Krasnodar region.
