In the paper we elaborate the dynamic model of a “green economy”; we draw a cognitive map on the development process of a green economy in the region's economic space. We also carry out a scenario modeling of the development of the region's green economy using the Vensim PLE software package. The study is carried out with the financial support of RFBR in the context of scientific project No. 16-36-00218 “Theory and methodology for assessing the development of a “green economy” in the context of economic space theory.”
