Abstract:

The article reveals the mechanism of cooperative interaction between manager and methodologist, which ensures the qualitative growth of managerial thinking in the course of development and decision-making. We stress the role of self-organization in situations when methodologist makes "unusual" requirements that predetermine internal changes, subjective improvements in the process of interaction, especially when aspirations grow.


Highlights:

• Important role of methodology in the mechanism of increase in management efficiency is evident.
• Carrying out strategy assumes the culture of thinking and meeting logic (dialectical) and ontology.
• The strategist knows how to control the hierarchy of superstructures and leads to higher efficiency.
