Abstract:

Article considers current particularities of innovation policy in countries of former USSR, by case study of Azerbaijan. Article states on necessity of system approach in innovations implementation with required consideration of capabilities of country. Meantime the chain character of innovative activity and important role of this activity management are performed. The role of innovations in social spheres of economy is highlighted.
