Abstract:

The article presents the results of the study of the use of strategies of innovative development of enterprises of territorial investment and construction complexes. We analyze the mail problem aspects of the development of the construction industry, taking into account the crisis processes at different economic levels. We also identify factors that limit the business activity of construction organizations. The article gives a detailed analysis of innovation strategies of enterprises of regional investment and construction complex. We show the applicability of synergetic innovation strategy in the implementation of reproductive processes of housing eco-real estate, considering the specifics of the objects of this class.
