Abstract:

The article is devoted to the theoretical and methodological issues of research and planning of social (socio-economic) reforms. The object of the study is a socio-economic reform. The subject of the study includes social practices and mechanisms, which should be changed by the reform. The subject of the study also includes the content of innovative changes that are part of the reform and resistance to it, the institutional preconditions for this resistance and methods for overcoming it. During the theoretical analysis of the achievements of innovation, sociology, management, labor economics and institutional economics, we, using system and comparative methods, elaborate an integrated approach to the management of socio-economic reforms. In accordance with it, we offer a management model of social innovations at state’s, organizations’ and institutional market entities’ levels, including their functions, content and results of the innovation process. On the basis of these stages we define conditions for the success of socio-economic reforms.
