The article studies the savings secrecy as a complex legal institution. The author reveals various aspects related to security of information about the saver, savings and savings process. We examine in detail the constitutional principle of the inadmissibility of a free interference in private affairs that has brought forth the institutions of the bank secrecy, confidential insurance information, etc. Having analyzed the content of the financial secrecy, the author concludes that the financial secrecy can be referred to natural persons. We prove the necessity of ensuring the unity of the legal regime of the savings secrecy.
